We aim to despatch your goods within 7 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability)
UK Delivery charges are £2.00 for orders under a fiver and free within the United Kingdom after that for a limited period only.
International shipping costs will be calculated for each order from overseas and we will contact you via PayPal to let you know what the options are.
We aim to always have items in stock, however there may be occasions when an item is not available after ordering and we will inform you as soon as possible that this is the case.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase but understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item and we aim to keep the process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not happy please return it to us, in the original packaging, within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us with 48 hours of receipt and we arrange a refund for the postage as well as the item itself
We strongly advise goods are returned by registered post and you obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We will process all refunds within 7 days.
